Information related to your order
We do not have the possibility of charging your credit card with a higher amount, than the amount already accepted when purchasing your order. We will however help you if you have forgotten something or want to buy more than what have you have already ordered.
You have the following choices of adding products to your order:
You can make a new order and in the comment field write, that you want this order shipped with an already existing order. Write the order number of the existing order. Then we will ensure that the two orders will be consolidated into one shipment. We will also ensure that you only have to pay for it as one shipment and not for the two.
This does however not apply if the order is all ready shipped. We do therefore always recommend you to contact us +45 70 26 70 50 or send an email email@example.com , to check if it's possible depending on your order status. We cannot guarantee anything unless we have had the possibility to check on it.
As an alternative you can also cancel your order and make a new one, with your whole order on one invoice, instead of two. Remember to write in the comment field of the new order, that you want an already existing order deleted and the order number, if you wish to use this option.

If the order only contains in-stock products, which in the webshop has a 3-5 days delivery time, it will normally take 3-5 days for the order to get delivered depending on country in Europe.
If your order has non-stock products it can take between 3-8 weeks, depending on what delivery time the products had when ordering. The delay is caused as we do not have the products in stock and will need to get it ordered and shipped from our suppliers in USA.
If your order contains both in-stock and non-stock products the shipment will not be made until all products is ready to ship. In this case will the delivery time be the same as the product with the longest delivery time.
You order has been shipped as Parcel and has a unique Parcel Number (Track & Trace). This gives you the opportunity to follow the shipment all the way from us to you. The Parcel Number can be found in the email you automatically received when the shipment left Outlet.dk. You can on www.gls-group.eu track you shipment by using the Parcel Number to see were your shipment is.
GLS do normally deliver within 3-5 business days from the day it was ship by us. Should you not have received the shipment within this timeframe we encourage you to trace the shipment. Contact your local GLS office directly if the status shows that GLS has tried to deliver the shipment but you have not received a notification. All shipments shipped within EU will be delivered by Bring directly at your door step. Should you not be home when they try to deliver, the shipment will be brought back to the local Bring office, were it will be for 7 days until send back to us. You will be notified that they have tried to deliver a shipment for you and how to get the shipment from Bring.
Information about the payment process
- All orders cost between Eur. 6,75 and Eur. 27,00 for standard shipments dependeng on destination country with a weight below 10 kg.
- The cost of orders which exceed more than 10 kg or are outside standard measurements will be agreed on a per time basis.
Using an American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate online at Outlet.dk is simple:
- Find a product you would like to purchase and place it in your cart.
- When you check out, you will have the option to pay for your entire order or a portion of your order with a American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate.
- Simply click "Use a American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate," and enter your card number and PIN.
- Your card balance will be automatically applied to your order total.
If your order total is less than the amount on your American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate, a new American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate on the remaining amount will be issued and sent to you. If your order total is more than the amount on your American Sports Outlet Gift Certificate, you will need to pay for the balance with either a credit card or by bank wire.
We do never pull the money from your account until the order is shipped, when you pay with a Credit Card.
In some instances when you use Visa Electron or Matercard, the card provider makes an automatically reservation of the amount when ordering. This means that the money is already reserved by your card provider when you ordered and the money no longer is available on your account.
Customers outside Denmark within EU can when ordering choose Bank Payment. This will allow you to wire the money to one of our bank accounts instead. The bank information will be sent to you with the order confirmation you will receive per email after accepting you order. All payment with American Sports Outlet is upfront and the products will not be shipped until the money has arrived at our bank account.
Outlet.dk is approved by the Danish e-commerce Foundation (e-handelsfonden) to sell and delivery products via the Internet. This is your safety for a secure service both on the technical aspect such as encryption of payment data and personal information but also on aspects such as return policy, guarantees etc.

You will find your control digits on the back of your credit card normally right below you signature. The first numbers is your card number and the next three numbers hereafter is your control digits.
On some credit cards with chip are the control digits shown above the signature instead. On this type of cards you will see seven digits shown in the right upper corner of the signature field. The last three digits is your control digits.
The expiry date consists of month and year. On new credit cards with chip can the expiry date also have a day included example 12.07.12. You only have to use the month and year (07 and 12). Note: The small V after the expiry date is for safety reasons and not part of the expiry date.
Your card number consists of sixteen digits and i normally found on the front of your credit card.
The following cards can be used on Outlet.dk:
Visa, Visa Electron, Master/Eurocard, Maestrocard, JCB, Paypal.
We always recommend that textile products are washed inside-out on 30 degrees. Remember newer to tumble dry or use of bleach for screen printed textile. Also be aware that Under Armour, game- & practice jerseys and pants and also NFL jerseys are made of nylon and polyster fabrics. These fabrics are sensitive and should therefore not be washed with products which have Velcro or zippers on, as this can destroy the fabric.
Always read and follow the washing instructions on the product.
It is important to maintain the cleats properly to keep your warranty and the characteristic of the cleats.
Do therefore always follow below advises:
- Always let your cleats dry in fresh air, never leave them on the heater or near direct heat such as fire.
- Never leave your cleats in a shopping- or equipment bag. Always take them out to air dry.
- The cleats cannot be washed in a washing machine or dried in a tumble dryer.
- Always clean your cleats after use, when dirty.
- Leather cleats should be treated with leather fat or balm.
- Synthetic cleats should be washed with a wet cloth.
If the cleat is used on wrong underlayment the warranty rights drops. As an example you can therefore not use studded cleats on artificial turf or dirttrack if you want to maintain the guarantee.
It is important to maintain the gloves properly to keep your warranty and the characteristic of the gloves.
Do therefore always follow below advises:
- Always let your cloves dry in fresh air, never leave them on the heater or near direct heat such as fire.
- Never leave your gloves in a shopping- or equipment bag. Always take them out to air dry.
- Clean your gloves when dirty.
- The gloves cannot be washed in a washing machine or dried in a tumble dryer.
- Leather gloves should be treated with leather fat or balm.
- ynthetic gloves should be washed with a wet cloth.
If the gloves are used in a wrong way or misused the warranty rights will drop. As an example you can therefore not use receiver gloves when playing lineman, if you want to maintain the guarantee.
Warranty and Return Information.
Information on how you return, change or use your product warranty
American Sports Outlet has a 14 days return policy should the product not be as expected (except on Special produced or home ordered products which cannot be returned according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, paragraph 12, 2.)
Should you wish to return a product this is done by sending it back to our address, including a copy of the invoice with a note that you want to use your right to withdrawn. Then we will pay you back the money you paid for it. This is done by changing the amount on the payment you made when ordering the product.
Should you wish to change a product to another size or product, we will always recommend you to return the product and ask for your money back. In the meantime you can order the product you want instead on Outlet.dk. By doing it this way you ensure to get a faster handling time and that the product you want is not sold out. If you want to return the product and pay for return shipment you will also be able to do that, contact us to get information on how to do it.
Always use the National Postal Service (low priority package) no alternative distributors, when using the right to withdraw or change a product. You should shipped the products securely packed along with a copy of the invoice.

American Sports Outlet does according to Danish Law (Danish Sale of Goods Act) provide two years warranty from invoice date on fabrication- and material faults. The warranty does not cover any faults or worn-down caused directly or indirectly by wrong use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference.
Warranty claims on faulty products should be given to American Sports Outlet by the Buyer within reasonable time from day of notice. If not will the customer loose the right to make the warranty claim.
Always use the National Postal Service (low priority package) no alternative distributors, and write that you want to use your right to make a warranty claim. You should ship the products securely packed along with a copy of the invoice. We will cover reasonable cost for the freight back, should the warranty claim be approved.
